    The little monster got a little out of shape, she wasn’t a genuine Labubu , she came with no card… flat box apparently for posting, was brought for a gift but unfortunately as a fake not suitable… seller refunded £3 and apologised.. positive feedback for great communication and sorting the problem out straight away.. good seller 10/10

    I ordered this as being advertised in manufacturers packaging and expected it in its box. It arrived unboxed. I would never order an unboxed item (even though there were some a lot cheaper) so I felt very misled. The seller did promise that it was unused so to save effort I have kept the product, however, I will not use this supplier again.

    All good (price & delivery) except silver metal of bottle top had slight dint on the top edge which made it necessary to force down the plastic flip-top button on the top.It arrived packaged really well, and the package wasn’t damaged, bashed or dented so I can only assume the top was like it when packaged up.
