  Almost a week after the seller created the shipping label but didn't actually ship the item, the seller just cancels the order without any explanation, message or apology. In addition, I had reached out about when the item would ship earlier in the week, but never got an answer. Mistakes happen, but you have to communicate and show you care about the buyer's inconvenience. Some sellers don't seem to understand that half the business is communication and customer service.
