    Seller contacted me and said they had to charge an extra 20% extra for impot fees before they can ship that was not on their description of the item. They gave me the option to either pay the extra 20% or cancel the order for a full refund. I replied back that I would like to cancel, I have not received a refund or a conformation that a refund was issued.
