  I ordered a juicer advertised as brand-new. What arrived was clearly used, dirty, and missing parts – absolutely disgusting condition. The seller ignored my messages for days and only responded after I involved eBay, offering a silent token partial refund instead of taking responsibility, no apology. The whole process was slow, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.
