    Item condition was not as described or photographed. Seller said she would give partial refund, but I had to contact eBay multiple times to get the refund processed. Seller was polite but wasn't always prompt in communications. Cannot recommend.

    I offered the refund she requested, but eBay required waiting a certain time before they refunded her, not my fault. She said she was happy with the result but left my first negative feedback since 1997.

    On 6/8, seller said "It is not allowing me to enter that amount in for your refund. Can you do anything on your end to put the amount in, instead of a full refund and send back?" So, per seller request, I contacted ebay to get the refund processed. Now seller is asking me to change my negative feedback.
