Then they attempted to blame me for the cultures failing because I used rice, when I know lots of people use rice with no issue. I suggested that my supplier offers other culture media, and that you follow my suggestions regarding the media you use. I find it odd to expect ready-to-use worms four days after receiving the starter. The photos show mold on the surface caused by the lack of mixing. I believe that if the buyer doesn't follow the directions provided with the starter, they are solely responsible for the failure.
