    Waited 16 days for item to ship. I made several attempts to contact seller with no response. Finally had eBay issue a refund. This is the first time in over 17 years I have left negative feedback. If the seller would have communicated with me. I would have at worst left neutral feedback. I hate to tarnish any business.
