    I purchased an item with a promised delivery date of April 26, but the seller provided no shipping information or updates. Despite reaching out for more details, communication has been non-existent. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be left in the dark about my purchase. As of today, I’m prepared to return the item if it ever arrives. The seller’s lack of reliability and professionalism is unacceptable.
