    The vendor described the purchased unit as operational; however, it arrived non-functional. Additionally, it was shipped with an open reagent, in direct violation of the manufacturer’s guidelines. This may have caused further damage to the unit. Offered a 20% refund. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

    Seller beware!!! This guy got a full refund and still left negative. Did not know what a grab sample was, did not know how to send photos. I offered partial refund and he didn't counter, would have given more. Very sad and disappointing transaction.
