  Seller attempted to short us $70 on the refund of an item that our son had accidentally ordered, claiming the package was not returned in its original condition. We never opened the box! We had literally put the return label on the same box and slid the packing slip in per instructions. Only got full refund after taking extra steps to do so. In addition, left several messages unanswered during the return process.
