    The seller keeps saying the PC is shipped but it still says USPS is waiting for the package. He also acts like he doesn't care and said once the item is picked up it's out of his hands. It appears he is trying to scam or cheat me out of my money.

    Buyer was insulting and accusing of scamming when packaged has been picked up (proof with usps packaged pickup request and cameras). Obviously had buyers remorse and wanted to get a free desktop out of all this.
