All lamps we sell are guaranteed to light. Any lamps that are damaged during shipment will be replaced free of charge. Lamps broken during shipment will be reshipped to you until you receive your full order of lamps undamaged. Unfortunately lamps broken during shipment are apart of the business of selling lamps but we will always get our customers their full order of lamps undamaged no matter how many times they are broken.
Lamps are guaranteed to work when they arrive at location. We cannot guaranteed lamps will last any duration of time. There are a wide range of factors that affect the lifetime of a lamp depending on your equipment that we cannot control. Defect rates for lamps are extremely minimal and nearly all lamps will work immediately upon arrival. Any lamp failing to work will be reshipped to you.

The package wasn’t even mailed out till March 13th. The tracking number then said it would be delivered March 17th. Then apparently something happened at the post office and it wasn’t delivered till March 20th. For a business that needed this part asap, it was a set back for me
