  The mouse worked fine when connected to the USB cord. However, the mouse dongle did not work. I had to get it fixed so the mouse can work wirelessly. Till then I was using the mouse without it being wireless. A little disappointed there.

  I really wish you have communicated this with us, We offer returns and stand behind our product, We can't help you if you don't ask. Just as disappointing to us that we could not help you, Im not sure why you would keep something that did not work as intended and then complain after the fact. Im hoping you never order food out that is rotten and would cause you to be sick with out sending it back. But if so, it is what it is.
