Excellent customer service and communication Initiated by the seller. We appreciated their proactive approach to slight color differences in the tile along with their care and concern. Shopping was quick and the tile arrived safely. We will definitely purchase from this vender again and we highly recommend you do also!

I was hesitant to buy fragile ceramics in bulk on eBay, and horrified when I saw the box arrive dented, and with a big hole punched through the top.
But the 72 tiles inside were magnificently packed against chipping, breaking, or scratching. Multiple layers of bubble-wrap prevented shifting of each stack, and the package used a way bigger box than necessary, with loads of extra packing to absorb impacts.
The box got abused in transit, but every tile survived. And more beautiful than the pics!
