I had one of these lenses already that I had bought from Goodwill, and that lens's back glass was etched by fungus. I bought this lens based on the fungus seeming to not be on the back lens, and that turned out to be correct. So this lens proved to be a good source of spare parts for the other lens: bingo, working Franken-lens.
