    I’m not happy with item because it was to small he communicated poorly a week later in between messages repeatedly told me to get a refund keep ads running with products that are sold out I’m being patient until this company makes it right by exchanging the very small 20 inch necklace with a black and silver 26 inch and if the customer doesn’t want a refund then communicate with the customer to make it right don’t keep saying refund at customer request which was a lie I’ve purchased prior
