    The product shipped to us was the wrong item and was not what was advertised. We reached out to do a return because when we unboxed it, it was incorrect and found out that it was past the return date, but they shipped the wrong item to begin with, and they should refund our money and take the product back. I tried contacting them and no one has contacted me back. I initiated a return through eBay and they did not respond to eBay as of yet.
