    A serial to RJ-45 cable was included in the shipment (thank you!) which allowed me to concentrate on the setup. The switch was correctly reset so I could go through the initial setup routine. The chassis itself was very clean and the fans didn't have any visible dust accumulated. Overall I was very pleased with the price and condition of the switch.
