    Poor customer experience , Vendor sent the wrong part , part number in the description doesn’t match the one on the product and more important prior ordering I have asked specifically if this was a glass jar and turned out to be plastic , not the best experience as the vendor claimed I have made the wrong request.. while I have all evidence it was not the case and they were incorrect throughout the purchasing process

    The pictures you provided match exactly what is in the description and pictures of our listing. The tiny number inscribed on the bottom is not the part number of the blender jar. You received the part in its OEM packaging. These parts are made for specific models. They do not work on all blenders. That is why if you contact us we always go by the model number of the appliance when the buyer is willing to provide it.
