  Arrived in a open box from Amazon with no black bag and defects all over & paint missing. No silver rim. The decal around the rim is cracked and separated leaving a white line. See 3 pictures as this was a "returned" urn with big paint chip at top, a bubble in the middle of the urn where you can see it was attempted to be fixed, the crack all around top, no bag, no silver rim. Seller should sell stuff that they inspect prior to shipping. Disgusted!
