Contacted seller but they were not suppoortive or helpful and just argued that some tips are harder than others when the cue is obviously not a playing cue but a break cue with a phenolic tip and a much larger tip diameter than advertised (13.1 mm vs 12.6mm). In fact, first thing we said was feel free to return. We measure the tip right at the base of the tip with a digital Caliper so measurement may differ from where they measured it at. As far as tip goes it was a used cue, and we could not tell what kind of tip it was. It may have been a very hard tip. We feel we did not misrepresent the cue in our description. They did not like the tip and wanted to return. We said several times to return.
