  Item arrived covered in pet hair. Not acceptable, as I’m highly allergic. Seller admitted to the poor condition but only offered $2 back as a resolution. Had to open a claim with eBay and the item will be sent back to the seller. Very disappointing transaction. Will not be doing any business with this seller in the future.

  20% return was my opening offer and I would have done more, but the buyer had already decided they wanted to take it up with eBay. I instantly accepted the return because it was my mistake. I would have done more, but the buyer was already really angry and there was no talking them down. If there is ever an issue I always try to fix it.
