    One unit did not work when the package arrived. The seller refunded half the price paid to compensate for the problem. This is a very honest seller and would buy from him again.

    It was an open box or package. I'm okay with that. I'm not okay with the lie it was not new or in new condition. It works but, don't like the false information. Reason for the bad feedd back. If it's slightly used then say that.

    The item was clearly listed as open box but unused, and it works perfectly. All details about its condition were accurately provided in the listing. After delivery, the buyer used negative feedback as leverage to request a partial refund, which we provided in good faith. Despite the refund being accepted, the feedback was not updated. While we welcome genuine feedback, we do not support the misuse of feedback as a bargaining tool.
