  This seller is top notch! USPS shipped my item clear across the country instead of to me. The seller was sympathetic and offered to discount me for the delay. It was not their fault and I received exactly what was bought. I denied the discount but They still gave me a 10% credit for future purchase from them (good marketing by the way).   The business was prompt in communicating any issues delivering the product. The delivery method was not the fault of this business. I live in a very small town where for unknown reasons, UPS chooses if it will deliver to my address on a whim. UPS has delivered to my address many times, without issue. However, sometimes it will tell the seller that the address does not exist, which is what happened in this case. The business quickly found a way to get the phone to me. It is as stated. It is new.
