    Badly let down by Royal Mail. They had two tracked packages to deliver on the same day - they delivered the other one, but not this one. I can only assume that either the postman forgot the second package, and tried to hide his error, or they had two different people in two different vans to deliver two different packages to the same address on the same day, and the second one just couldn't be bothered. Either way, poor show from Bodmin delivery office staff. No fault of seller - fully refunded.

    Great purchasing experience. Shipping was as fast as it could be for an item coming from the UK to the USA. Shipping also felt fairly priced dealt with the companies‘s customer service rep over some questions I had about the product and they honestly could not have been more helpful. 10 out of 10 I will probably buy this item a couple more times because I’m sure I’ll lose it a few times over. FYI, I am currently using this in my JCB tele handler to power my phone in order to give this review!
