If you didn't like the price, why did you buy it? Did someone force you to buy? It's not an essential product that you can't live without. eBay makes significantly more money than we do, don't forget their 20% fees... And sky high taxes...

Ordered two and one broken, these were gifts too. I advised seller to use a smaller box and better wrapping. Also I was refused another one after I sent pictures in although insurance was in price. The good one hasn’t a constant fragrant smell whilst burning.

We tried to help and asked you to open a case so we could resolve it properly. Instead, you chose to send rude messages and refused to follow eBay’s process.
