    Seller used FedEx (awful) along with requiring signature. Had to take two days off work to receive this. Customer service ignored my requests to remove restrictions on this lower value item. I guess they only care if I spent a lot of money. In theory this was a great deal anyway, and it was nicely packaged and included the original cover and bag… aaaand then the oscilloscope channels were dead. Oh well. Please treat your customers well regardless of what they spend.

    Hello there, Sorry to hear your frustration, I want to ensure you that we did make multiple efforts to contact FedEx to remove the signature required and received confirmation from FedEx that they did. I am sorry that created an issue for you. You received a DL750 mainframe, there are no oscilloscope channels included on this unit, you need modules to operate. If there is anything else I can help with let me know, such as purchasing a module. - Jamison

    The packaging and shipping speed were excellent. This delicate (and heavy) item was packaged with a foam in place machine, and it arrived in perfect condition. The item itself was free of dust/debris, and the front connectors had zero damage. The instrument was listed as for parts, but thus far has functioned flawlessly.
