    Dear seller - I have an appt with Best Buy's Geek Squad (cost so far $109.00) to see if they can figure out what is going on with this player - volume is practically inaudible and I have explored, I think, all possibilities. The machine tells me that DVDs I have watched numerous times now are on a disc with no playback feature, and the VHS doesn't work at all except to eject and R e w I n d very slowly.I don't know what the heck is going on...
