Customer stated product arrived with shipping damage. Offered to send FedEx to pickup at no cost to customer and to provide a full refund or replacement, but customer declined. Customer demanded full refund and did not want to allow the product to be returned. Customer threatened to leave negative feedback unless we met extortion demands. Customer is still welcome to allow us to send FedEx to pickup damaged product for full refund or exchange, as we offered earlier.
