  I order a new iPad, screen protector and case on the same day. The screen protector arrived the day before the iPad. The case was supposed to arrive the next day (Royal Mail 1st class) - it never did. The seller kept stalling for time but eventually refunded me. Soured by the experience I order another of this supplier. They said by Friday (about one week) and on Tuesday the Postman delivered! FAB! Under promised and over delivered. This seller is on my "use again" list (unlike the other).

  I have bought this item from this seller before with no problems. This time I didn't receive the item which was a mishap with the label and the local post office. Long story short, tracking said it was delivered. I never got it. I filed a claim with USPS. Informed seller, who got right back to me. We had very good contact throughout this ordeal. Seller offered to send another or give a refund, and followed through with my choice.
