    Chest protector was incorrectly advertised as suitable for MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Sanda, Training and Competition but on arrival it was only 4mm - 7mm thick but the World Karate Federation standard requires 45mm - 55mm thickness. Requested a 100% refund but only 20% was offered. After numerous messages, seller has now agreed and refunded 100% my money. Under the circumstances, the seller has become fair and reasonable which is appreciated.

    Ordered product on 7th May arrived on 19th May (could have been delivered quicker yet it has been sent from overseas so took a little bit longer. (assuming customs)? Product is as described. Works well. Could have been packaged better rather than a generic plastic bag which has marked the item within the packaging ie: been banged around in transportation.

    I am reluctantly revising this feedback to an undeserved positive for the item which was damaged in the post due to very poor packaging. The seller finally agreed to send another to replace the broken item after a lot of time wasting back and forth haggling.. Common sense would demand that they would have packaged the replacement item better than the first, but no, the packaging was very inadequate and the replacement item was also cracked. I won t buy from this seller again.
