Delighted with the personalised engraved glass vase which was packed in its own box surrounded by bubble wrap and then put into a cardboard carton securely taped. Received order from Royal Mail within their time period of two days in same excellent condition. Delighted with the quality of the vase and the engraving as I requested was perfect.
