  I can not help that the USPS did not do their job, However once I was made aware that he or she had not gotten the card I did not play games and sent a refund and responded ASAP . I even told him that if the card every came to just keep it that I was sorry for the trouble. I take a lot of pride in what I do and do not feel I should be held responsible for the USPS actions once I place package in their hands other than to refund the customer which I did ASAP. Please take this into consideration
