  Dishonest. Emailed seller prior to purchase and was told manual was complete with all wiring diagrams. After purchasing item found only a few wiring diagrams not complete set. Asked for refund and he tried to credit me half my purchase price. Had to have ebay step in to get a refund

  This product was a maintenance manual download file (no physical shipping required). The seller advertised immediate download available upon payment. After a day of not receiving the download file I inquired as to why it wasn’t sent and got no response. On the second day of no response I went elsewhere to purchase the manual and requested a refund. Ultimately I had to open a case With eBay and was issued a refund.
