OEM wind screen for 2017 fjr1300A
Nothing much to be written as this is an OEM product from yamaha fitting is easy and perfect. Heavy, clear screen, thick and good quality in another words I would say it's a "solid screen". Wider on each sides by an inch and taller by 4-5 inches. I hardly race the screen up as it is adequately enough to cover the wind blast from my chest, frankly I need the wind on my helmet to feel it cool through those helmets vents. As I'm staying in a tropical region with high humidity. The screen do vibrates at high speed when you hit those road bumps it just gives me those creepy feeling that it will just give way because it is holding on to 6 plastic screws 3 on each sides. Thinking of replacing those 6 screws into stainless screws but the plastic screws is designed in such away to break off in those unforseen situations. There so many screens with tinted to fancy shapes on the market I preferred to stick to the OEM product.
