Each player is ranked according to speed, shooting accuracy, toughness, and offensive and defensive awareness. Statistics are based on the 1993-94 NHL season.<br><br>Your or you and up to three friends can compete in exhibition games, tournaments, or the playoffs. You can play each game in simulation mode, which mimics professional hockey rule by rule (with the exception of icing), or you can choose the arcade mode, which is faster and has less penalties called. Also, to brush up on your fundamentals, you can rehearse specific moves without defenders by choosing the practice option. Other features in this game include trading players, optional fighting, and the ability to change team names and colors.
