In UnNatural Selection, you're a world class scientist faced with a scenario of impending doom. You and your colleagues have been dabbling in genetic breeding, creating huge tame creatures as a future, cheap food source. Unfortunately, some of the genetic samples have been stolen by a rogue scientist and now a menagerie of nasty Theroids (the name for these genetically constructed animals) is running amok and untamed on a chain of South Pacific islands, threatening to destroy all local life and having the potential to eventually overrun the world. Using your DigiLife AL-2000 genetic engineering engine which resides on your lab computer, it's your responsibility (according to the military) to create and breed Theroids that can counterattack and eliminate the bad breed. UnNatural Selection is a unique blend of strategy and combat (using bred weapons!) with multiple options available regarding how you want to play the game (tinker in the lab, creating Theroids and spend your time testing them or build an army of nasty critters to save the world). Mixing live actor footage, clay animation and a large, varied game world to explore and exploit, UnNatural Selection provides all the tools for genetic manipulation.
