Product Information
The year was 303 BC. While in the Valley of She-Ting, a young man named Sum-Lee
found a leather pouch filled with 42 ancient tiles. The gods once used these magical tiles to play games with. A craftsman named Lou Ban carved copies of the tiles out of fine ivory and presented his creations to the seven kings of China. As the kings played with and used the tiles to bring themselves comfort and luxury, the land was plagued by great catastrophes.

To restore order to the land and achieve symmetry among the tiles, you must match the
tiles to their identical mates (each tile has one twin), effectively eliminating them from the screen. If two identical tiles are separated from one another by more than two right angles, then your matching them will have no effect. If you are successful in removing all of the tiles within a certain time limit, you move on to the next level. The tiles are decorated with Chinese symbols and other markings, representing war and conflict, wealth and riches, fluctuations of the seasons, directions of the winds, and joy and beauty.

To make the game more challenging, the designers included brick walls in certain tile
formations. To give gamers more of a fighting chance, there are three Forces of Fate you
can obtain: the Flash of Chance, which allows symmetry to effect any matching tile on the board, even if it is blocked from its mate by other tiles; the Force of Balance, which can be used to destroy the brick walls, and the Flag of Knowledge, which knows where matches are that you have missed.

With the edit option, you can build your own board layout, placing the tiles wherever you like.Product Identifiers
