But the mystical sword known as the Soul Blade has reappeared once again, and a dozen warriors from around the world have gathered in hopes of attaining the mystical weapon. <br><br>Soul Calibur is a standard weapons-based one-on-one fighting game. The game features a four-button control scheme that's more along the lines of Virtua Fighter than Tekken, and an "8-way-run" system that allows you to circle your opponent slowly before going in for the kill.<br><br>While the Arcade Soul Calibur ran on modified PlayStation hardware, the programming madmen at Namco have given the Dreamcast version a face-lift. Soul Calibur features a number of gameplay modes, including: Arcade, Versus, Time Attack, Survival, and Training. As you progress through the game's Mission Mode, you're awarded points, which you can trade in for a plethora of new characters, outfits, backgrounds, and movies.<br><br>What are you waiting for?
