With a cache memory of 16 MB, the 10,000 RPM hard drive lets you search and retrieve stored records in seconds. The PowerTrim technology helps you save 75 percent of power consumption and reduce cooling requirements of the 300 GB Seagate when compared to other drives. The self-encrypting drive (SED) application of this internal hard drive ensures high-grade security of stored data. A Seagate internal hard drive is high in shock tolerance, increasing its reliability throughout all applications.
