Product Information
You've been recruited by General Earle to pilot the Super Apache combat helicopter for the international special ops force known as STRIKE. This peace-keeping-through-enforcement unit is the best in the world and takes its mission goal very seriously: stop wars before they start. As commander of your helicopter or any of the other 14 vehicles (ground or air) available to you, you'll work with a team of experts manning STRIKE Headquarters.

In constant communications with the nerve center, you'll work with Andrea, a politically savvy dis-information genius who sanitizes news stories for public consumption, Hack, the communications officer who earned his name by infiltrating the world's best computers, and your leader, General Earle, the guiding force behind STRIKE. Lurking in the field is a possible ally, Naja Hana, a freedom fighter who is opposed to your true enemy, ex-KGB and ex-CIA intelligence officer, Colonel LeMonde.

It seems as if LeMonde has been linked to the theft of a tactical nuclear device and is terrorizing the Southeast Asian country of Indocrine as a self-styled warlord. Your job is to stop him, dead. Of course, LeMonde isn't acting alone -- he's got partners-in-crime who have reasons to see the Colonel succeed.

The Super Apache has all the comforts of a state-of-the-art war craft: HUD, directional compass, waypoint indicator, radar, ammunition, fuel, armor, the capability to reload and pick up passengers on-the-fly, supplies, multiple viewpoints and power ups. The control system in Nuclear Strike is structured to allow operation of all vehicles using similar controls. The game runs with 3D acceleration or in software rendered mode.

A wide range of adjustable resolutions from 320x240 to 1024x768, "living" battlefields where ground forces react to your actions and commands, multiple input options (keyboard, mouse, joystick), configurable game parameters, linked campaigns and varied mission objectives round out the package.

Think you've got the stomach to meet a Nuclear Strike head-on?
