This is his seventh solo album, produced in collaboration with Bill Laswell with the intention of releasing it worldwide, and features top musicians from different genres, such as Sly Dunbar and Bootsy Collins. Based on an electronic sound, it fuses organic and ethnic musical elements such as Okinawan music and traditional Balinese music, was recorded in Tokyo and New York, and is a milestone work in his solo career, which has been released in over 20 countries around the world. In addition to the two analog records of the latest cutting of "NEO GEO" and the 12-inch single "RISKY" featuring Iggy Pop on vocals, the live video recorded on the final day of the domestic tour held in July 1987 when "NEO GEO" was released and broadcast on NHK is available for the first time, and the live video held in New York in June 1988, each of which has been upconverted using the latest technology, is released as a 4-disc box set.
