Die vorliegende Dissertation entstand neben meiner Tatigkeit als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und als Abteilungsleiter am Institut fur Werkzeugmaschinen und Betriebs- wissenschaften (iwb) der Technischen Universitat Munchen.
