This Fujifilm EF-20 shoe mount flash is compatible with select Fujifilm cameras that are equipped with a standard hot shoe, as well as the FinePix X100 and FinePix HS20. The head of the Fujifilm camera flash tilts vertically to 45-, 60-, 75-, and 90-degree positions. The Fujifilm EF-20 is equipped with a wide panel that allows light from the flash to cover all areas in a scene when using a wide-angle lens with a focal length of up to 24 mm. This Fujifilm camera flash (guide no. 20) boasts a colour temperature of approximately 5600K and has through the lens (TTL) flash exposure control. Powered by standard AA batteries, the shoe mount flash has a recycling time of four seconds (NiMH) or five seconds (alkaline). Fresh batteries will provide up to 280 flashes with rechargeable NiMH batteries and 200 flashes with standard alkaline disposables. A ready-lamp indicator shines steadily when the flash is ready for discharge. The EV adjustment control allows the photographer to fine-tune the brightness level to meet the needs of the scene.
