Compete with another business tycoon in two-player mode or try to achieve your financial goal solo style in a race against the clock.<br><br>The game puts you in charge of a piece of undeveloped land, consisting of two mountain ranges, a seacoast with beach front, midlands, a river, a lake and a main highway running north and south. You are given a certain amount of cash with which to purchase and construct restaurants, casinos, ski lodges, condos, marinas, malls, gas stations, bridges and other facilities (there are 29 in all). To succeed in the game, you must place your properties in areas where they will draw the most traffic, thereby increasing your profits.<br><br>Just like a real businessman, you can borrow money and sell your assets. You must also monitor and deal with consumer trends, weather, workers going on strike and other such unpredictable forces, both good and bad. Special bulletins will keep you updated.
