This FIA licensed PS2 release is based on the 2001 racing season and features all 17 Grand Prix circuits of the Formula 1 World Championship series, as well as the 22 drivers and 11 teams that compete in them. Different modes of play allow users to customize the game as they wish, from a forgiving "Quick Race" to a realistically challenging all-day Grand Prix contest. An "Anytime Save" feature allows dedicated virtual racers to take a break from the enduring action whenever necessary and return to the race in progress at a later time.
