The text arrangement and pagination of the Bible text are identical but this edition uses enlarged text, has wide margins for personal notes and is printed on paper that stands up well to note-taking. Another bonus for bible study is a more extensive concordance. This Bible has black-letter text throughout and includes cross-references, a concordance and maps. It is bound in gray hardcover with a ribbon marker. Like all Cambridge Bibles, it is Smyth-sewn for durability and ease of use., An attractive ESV reference Bible in a grey cased binding. Designed to take notes, it has wide margins and more resilient paper than usual. It has black-letter text throughout, an extended concordance and 15 maps., This edition offers a selection of tools for personal study in a Bible that is characteristic of Cambridge's quality range of wide-margin styles. As in other Bible versions, the ESV Wide-Margin Reference Edition contains an attractive page layout with wide margins, complemented by a concordance, maps, and extra ruled pages for notes. It is printed on carefully chosen Bible paper, slightly thicker than normal to allow for handwritten notes. Like all Cambridge Bibles, this edition is Smyth-sewn for long life, and its pages lie flat when the book is open. There is a choice of black- and red-letter styles, all bound to the highest standards, in a choice of covers and price points. The goatskin Bibles are superb examples of craftsmanship: the pages have art-gilt (red-under-gold) edges, and the covers are made from top-grain leather and edge lined, giving them an exceptionally flexible feel.
