The D-link AirPlus Xtreme router, model G DI-624S, provides NAT (Network Address Translation) firewall functionality to ensure security and protect the network from malicious attacks. Additional security features on this 108 Mbps router include WPA and support for the 802.1x connection, with parental controls to screen inappropriate content. With this 108 Mbps router the user can be rest assured that they are protected with TCP/IP and DHCP firewall protocols.
