Operating at 85,000 IOPS and with read speeds of up to 555 MB/s, this solid state drive is up to four times as fast as a conventional, spinning hard drive, which makes the Corsair Force Series GT 120 GB Solid State Drive ideal for high performance gaming PCs, top end video editing, or photo editing workstations. It also means that booting up a PC operating with a solid state drive is dramatically different from booting up a conventional machine, with programmes opening and the machine ready to use in a fraction of the time.
