Using mercury-free illumination technology, the Casio XJ M245 is a DLP projector that is eco-friendly and saves energy. It also has an auto brightness feature that reduces eye fatigue. The energy saving features on the Casio projector include less than 1 watt of power consumption in standby mode, and the device provides 20,000 hours of use with the same lamp. The lamp source uses laser and LED hybrid technology, giving 2,500 ANSI Lumens of brightness with a contrast ratio of 1,800:1 and color depth of 16.7 million colors. The projection lens on this Casio projector achieves 1.5x optical zoom and has manual focus. Weighing 8.60 lbs (3.9 kg), the Casio XJ M245 measures 12.24 inches in width by 3.23 inches in height by 9.61 inches in depth (31.1 cm by 8.2 cm by 24.4 cm). A 0.65-inch DLP chip combines with the projection lens and the light source to create images with 1280x800-pixel resolution.
